Very friendly staff!

Valet damaged my car and the staff didn't really care.

The location is great
and staff second to none; however, this is not a four star hotel. I've stayed in Marriott's which are much better then this and are considered 3.5 star hotels. The bathroom was falling apart and there was no space in there. The valet damaged my car and are going to pay for it, but the hotel personnel seemed to not care. Marriott Marquis.

Parking is expensive they wouldn't let us park outside, so we could check in and go somewhere for a visit after that even after we told them we were just checking in and leaving. They wanted you to pay $27 first. ...read more
